SikaLatex®-310 RTU

Ready-to-use high-performance adhesion resin for cement, plaster or lime mortars.

SikaLatex-310® RTU is an aqueous dispersion of synthetic resins that comes in the form of a milky liquid. Used for mixing cement mortars, plaster or lime.

  • greatly improves the adhesion of the mortar to all substrates, even smooth ones (concrete, stone, brick, ferrous metals, glass and ceramics),
  • greatly improves waterproofing, makes the plastic mortar and easy to use.

Shelf life

12 months minimum from production date.

Storage conditions

The product must be stored in original, unopened and undamaged sealed
packaging, in dry conditions at temperatures between 5 °C and 35 °C. Protect from direct sunlight.

Application steps

APPLICATION

Preparation of the Sika Latex-310® RTU slip (tack coat):

  •  1 volume of cement
  •  1 volume of sand

Mix until creamy with SikaLatex-310® RTU solution (above).
Preparation of SikaLatex-310® RTU mortar:

  •  1 volume of cement
  •  2 volumes of sand 0-3

Mix until desired consistency with Si-kaLatex-310® RTU solution
Mixing:

  •  Handmade like ordinary mortar
  •  With a concrete mixer or mixer: avoid prolonged mixing
  • Use the mortar as soon as it is homogeneous.

Mixing ratio to be respected:
(quantities given as an indication, to be adapted according to the moisture content of the sand and the consistency required)

CLEANING


In water immediately after use. The cured product can only be removed mechanically.
