Sikafloor® QuartzTop-100

Mineral dry-shake surface hardener for industrial floors.

Sikafloor® QuartzTop-100 is a pre-mixed, dry-shake surface hardener, which contains hydraulic binder and high concentration of special graded mineral aggregates. Sikafloor® QuartzTop-100 contains pure silica sand. Please note: The Product may only be used by experienced professionals only.

Product Information

Shelf life

Sikafloor® QuartzTop-100 can be stored for 18 months in the tightly closed original packages. Do not use the product if bag is damaged.

Storage conditions

The Product must be stored in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Always refer to the packaging. Kept frost-free and dry.

Application steps

APPLICATION

1. Placing concrete

2. Levelling, consolidating and striking off concrete

3. Apply the first shake of Sikafloor® QuartzTop-100 manually of by spreader

4. Floating the first shake of Sikafloor® QuartzTop-100

Repeat steps 3 up to 4 including (apply the second shake, floating the second shake of Sikafloor® QuartzTop-100) followed by a first trowelling and a second/final trowelling.
