Shelf life

12 months minimum from production date.

Storage conditions

The product must be stored in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between 5 oC and 35 oC. Protect from direct sunlight.

Application

Mixing ratio

2.5 – 3.5 litres clean water per 25kg bag, according to the requested workability of the mortar

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT


The concrete shall be thoroughly clean, free from
dust, loose material, surface contamination and materials which reduce bond or prevent suction.


MIXING


Pour the water in the recommended proportion into a
suitable mixing container. While stirring slowly, add
the powder to the water. Mix with low speed (< 500
rpm) hand drill mixer to avoid entraining too much air.
Mix thoroughly at least for 3 minutes until homogenous with no lumps. Mix only full bags for best results.


APPLICATION


Stand the grout for ~2-3 minutes; stir with a trowel
and then pour into the prepared openings.

CURING TREATMENT


Protect the fresh material from premature drying using an appropriate curing method e.g. curing compound, moist geotextile membrane etc.


CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT


Clean all tools and application equipment with water
immediately after use.
